Oversee daily operations across joinery, metal, paint, graphics, CNC, and electrical workshops.
Translate project drawings into production plans and schedules.
Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and efficient resource allocation.
Lead and develop teams, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement.
 

مؤهلات الوظيفة

7–12+ years in exhibition/event fabrication, with 3–5 years in factory leadership.
Strong technical knowledge of materials, machinery, and production methods.
Proficiency in ERP systems, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and CNC workflows.
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills across diverse teams.
