The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards. The role requires strong culinary skills, previous experience in reputable hospitality establishments, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your assigned section according to brand and quality standards.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of all menu items.

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.

  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations.

  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to support overall kitchen operations.

  • Train, supervise, and guide Commis Chefs and junior staff in your section.

  • Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control when required.

  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.

  • Uphold company standards, especially when working with international chain brand procedures and guidelines.

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in the hospitality industry.

  • Background working with international hotel or restaurant chain brands is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and international cuisines.

  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

  • Understanding of HACCP and food safety guidelines.

  • Locally available candidates with transferable iqama preferred.

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within hospitality industry or international hotel/restaurant chain brands.

  • Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food quality standards.
