We’re seeking a talented and driven Marketing Specialist who can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has a sharp creative eye, and understands how to build impactful campaigns that align with different business goals.

وصف الوظيفة

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for Morecreative’s startups and agency clients.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) including planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling, brand-consistent materials for social media, landing pages, email, and paid ads.
  • Write and edit content in both English and Arabic when needed.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, case studies, and reports.

 

مؤهلات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands or projects at once.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and copywriting skills — especially for social media and performance content.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or startup ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
