Executive Director

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Leader to serve as the head of our organization. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving mission-focused impact, building strong teams, and ensuring long-term organizational success. As the senior-most executive, you will be the face of the organization, guiding strategy, culture, and performance at the highest level.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead the organization by setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring financial sustainability. The Executive Leader will drive the mission and vision forward while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and stakeholder trust.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the organization's strategic direction to align with mission and vision
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments
• Ensure financial sustainability through budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation
• Provide executive leadership by guiding, mentoring, and managing senior leadership teams
• Engage with key stakeholders including board members, partners, donors, and the community to build relationships and support
