To create an account on any HumanityAI platform (including Kanz and Jobs for Humanity), you must provide: name, email address, location, and resume. Additional information (e.g., community affiliation, desired work fields, work authorization) may be requested to provide more customized services.
You may provide additional details such as educational background, work experience, and a message to hiring managers. Providing this information is voluntary but helps you derive more benefit from the platform.
We collect information when you interact with us via email, community channels (such as Discord or Slack), or other support channels.
We receive information when you interact with HumanityAI websites and applications, including clicks on job ads, resume uploads, email interactions, and use of mobile applications.
We use cookies and web log files to track site usage, improve service quality, and customize your experience. You can remove or block cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact functionality. We do not store unencrypted personally identifiable information in cookies.
We automatically receive your IP address, browser type, operating system, mobile device information, and referring/exit URLs when you visit our sites.

HumanityAI may communicate with you through email, SMS/text messages, WhatsApp messages, in-app push notifications, and notices posted on our websites. By creating an account and opting in, you consent to receive communications through the channels you select.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during registration, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages including job alerts, account notifications, and promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To opt out, text STOP to the number from which you received the message. Text HELP for assistance.
By providing your WhatsApp-enabled phone number and opting in, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp including job alerts, interview reminders, application updates, and account notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings.
If you enable push notifications on any HumanityAI mobile application (including Kanz or Jobs for Humanity), you consent to receive notifications including job alerts, application status updates, interview reminders, and promotional messages. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the app.
Your consent to receive notifications via email, SMS/text messages, WhatsApp, and/or push notifications is obtained through clear opt-in selections during registration or in your account settings. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of the platform.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may send you emails about updates, new features, partner services, and job opportunities. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by unsubscribing or contacting contact@jobsforhumanity.com. Service-related messages (e.g., account confirmations, security alerts) cannot be opted out of.
You have the right to access, modify, correct, and delete the data you have provided. You may update your information at any time by logging into your account on the applicable platform (kanz.ai, jobsforhumanity.com, or related sites).
You may close your account and request deletion at any time by contacting contact@jobsforhumanity.com or by logging in and deleting your profile. Your name and personally identifiable information will be removed from our publicly viewable database immediately and from internal databases within 30 days. Information shared with or copied by other users may remain visible.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, we may retain certain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties, except: (1) to comply with legal process; (2) to enforce this Agreement; (3) to respond to claims of a violation of third-party rights; (4) to respond to customer service inquiries; or (5) to protect the rights, property, or safety of HumanityAI, our users, or the public. We may provide aggregated anonymous data about service usage to third parties.
We collaborate with third parties to offer services via our developer platform and APIs. Partners and developers must agree to restrictions on access, storage, and use of your information. If you use a Combined Service or Platform Application, the third party's terms will govern their handling of your data. This includes partners who integrate with the Kanz API or white-label platform.
We may disclose personal information when required by subpoena or other legal process, or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities, enforce the Terms of Use, or protect safety.
We may disclose your information to a third party as part of a sale of assets, subsidiary, or change in control. Any acquiring party will have the right to continue using your information as described in this policy.
Children under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services.
HumanityAI Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, USA. By creating an account, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States (including from the Middle East, where Kanz primarily operates), your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions. We process data in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including applicable provisions of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) for users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Kanz uses artificial intelligence to provide smart hiring features. When you use AI-powered features, the following data may be processed:
Who processes this data: All AI processing is performed by HumanityAI, Inc. through our proprietary AI services hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not share your personal data with third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google AI, or similar).
User consent: Before any AI processing occurs, users are presented with a clear disclosure of what data will be processed and must provide explicit consent. Users may decline AI processing, though this may limit access to certain features.
Data retention: AI-processed data follows the same retention policies as other personal data described in this policy.
Access to your data is password-protected, and sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we employ physical, technical, and managerial safeguards to protect your information. Emails and messaging with other users are not encrypted; we advise against communicating confidential information through these means.
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on our websites or by email. Continued use of the services after notice constitutes consent to the updated terms.
