Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the Riyadh office, ensuring the timely and cost-effective hiring of high-quality candidates. The role aims to fill critical roles within 45 days, reduce cost-per-hire by 15% annually, improve candidate quality scores by 20%, build diverse talent pipelines, and achieve 95% hiring manager satisfaction through strategic sourcing, data analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Source top-tier talent using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Build diverse talent pipelines in Riyadh
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law
- Conduct data analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Present recruitment updates and insights to leadership
