Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for the Riyadh office, ensuring the timely and cost-effective hiring of high-quality candidates. The role aims to fill critical roles within 45 days, reduce cost-per-hire by 15% annually, improve candidate quality scores by 20%, build diverse talent pipelines, and achieve 95% hiring manager satisfaction through strategic sourcing, data analysis, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment
