Mohamed used an LLM (Claude) not just as a part of the final product, but as his co-developer to create the initial workflow. While powerful, the process of turning an LLM-generated concept into a functioning, reliable tool presented unique challenges:
The Elusive RSS Feed: One of the biggest hurdles was simply finding a reliable, consistently working RSS feed link for gold price data. It turned out to be more challenging than expected, requiring extensive research and iteration.
API Key Connection: Connecting the API Key to the workflow proved to be another point of friction. After struggling with standard connection methods, Mohamed successfully troubleshooted with Claude. The solution involved generating and implementing a custom Code Node within the workflow, which perfectly handled the API key validation and data retrieval.
By working step-by-step with the LLM to debug and refine the logic, the workflow became smooth, reliable, and started working exactly as intended.
