We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Kitchen Crew member. This vital role is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
  • Cooking Assistance: Support the kitchen team during service, potentially handling simple cooking tasks like grilling, frying, or assembling dishes as directed.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, maintaining a quick pace during peak hours.
  • Kitchen Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Inventory & Stock: Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing food deliveries. Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the management.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, fryers, and ovens.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow all established health, sanitation, and food safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
