Company Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Financial Analyst & Reporting
Specialist to join our Group Finance team at the Holding Company level. The successful
candidate will play a vital role in financial reporting, consolidation, FP&A, performance
monitoring and inter-company coordination across all subsidiaries. This role requires
strong expertise in commercial and operational finance, hands-on experience in FP&A,
good knowledge of IFRS, excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
 - Support the Group Financial Reporting Manager and CFO in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
 - Play a vital role in the preparation of quarterly Board reports and reporting to external stakeholders.
 - Perform financial planning & analysis (FP&A) including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
 - Assist in monitoring budgets of subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group targets and identifying variances.
 - Contribute to performance measurement and monitoring of all group components (subsidiaries, business units, and investments).
 - Identify, develop, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial and operational performance.
 - Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports in MS Excel to support decision-making.
 - Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data from subsidiaries and provide guidance where necessary.
 - Coordinate closely with finance teams across all subsidiaries to ensure alignment
 - with group reporting standards.
 - Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to management.
 - Support audit requirements (internal and external) and ensure compliance with
 - statutory and regulatory standards.
 - Assist in driving process improvements, reporting efficiency, and best practices across the group.
 
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
 - 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably at a holding company or at Group level.
 - Proven experience in FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, performance monitoring in manufacturing sector.
 - Good knowledge of IFRS and financial consolidation.
 - Demonstrated experience in commercial and operational finance and understands the product costing concepts.
 - Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with great attention to detail.
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively coordinate across subsidiaries and present findings to management.
