Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier candidates for various positions within our organization.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and generate reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as universities and recruitment agencies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR software
  • Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close candidates
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
