Job Description

Job Title: CDE Execution Specialist
Department: Commercial 
Location: Riyadh
Reports To: CDE Commercial Manager

Role Summary

Support front-line teams to ensure accurate cooler scanning, strong cooler productivity, and correct market placements, while coordinating with IT and CDE on system issues and cooler stock.

Key Responsibilities

- Train and coach front liners on CDE / cooler scanning processes.
- Track and report daily CDE scanning % and cooler productivity.
- Follow up on cooler placements and highlight gaps or low performance.
- Collect system issues, share with IT, and follow up on fixes and testing.
- Monitor cooler stock by type/model and flag risks or imbalances.

Job Qualifications

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and coaching skills with front-line teams.
- Proficient in Excel and working with data/reports.
- Organized, structured, and proactive in follow-up.
